Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Credits and digital products
GOPROMINO sells access to digital products only — credits and the prompt text you unlock with them. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Unlocking a prompt consumes credits and grants you permanent access to that prompt's text on your account.
Acceptable use
You may use unlocked prompts for your own creative work. You agree not to attempt to bypass credit or unlock controls, resell bulk access, or disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
The GOPROMINO name, design, and the organization of the catalog belong to GOPROMINO. Prompts are provided for your use within the service as described here.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Features, the catalog, and credit pricing may change over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GOPROMINO is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
